Equipment characteristics  
◎ seven axis automatic equipment is an automatic equipment specially developed for duplex welding in order to improve efficiency due to inconsistent welding direction;  
◎ the maximum size of the battery pack that can be accommodated by the seven axis automation equipment is 160 X125 mm and the battery pack is 60-70mm high;  
◎ the equipment adopts welding needle compensation, four groups of energy switching, welding needle repair, welding needle grinding alarm and other functions to ensure stable welding;  
◎ the equipment adopts measures such as material in place detection, positioning pin positioning and servo control to improve the accuracy of welding position;  
◎ the equipment adopts fixture rotating mechanism to realize battery pack welding with inconsistent direction of special-shaped battery pack welding machine;  
◎ the equipment adopts automatic turnover and double station mode to improve production efficiency;  
◎ the equipment realizes fool operation through operating handle, CAD guide, multiple array calculation, U disk sharing data, local operation, breakpoint virtual welding and other measures;  
◎ the equipment is equipped with screen locking function to prevent misoperation.
